LAB90 is a video-editing service for freelance videographers, content creators, and small businesses. Customers send us their own raw footage; real human editors send back finished, platform-ready clips. No AI-generated video, no agency retainer — flat monthly plans through our client portal.
How the service works

Clients upload their raw footage.
Customers make a free account at clients.lab90.com and upload their own video footage, photos, and logo — along with a short brief describing where the video is going and the direction they want.

Real human editors do the edit.
LAB90 editors cut, caption, color-correct, and sound-balance the footage, then export it to every format the customer's plan includes. We never generate synthetic video — every frame is footage the customer shot.

Clients review and download in the portal.
Finished clips land in the customer's portal for review, revision notes, and download. Nothing is published by LAB90 — posting is up to the customer.
Text-message updates
Customers who opt in receive transactional text messages about their video work orders — request confirmations, proposal and preview notices, and delivery alerts. Nothing promotional; nothing they didn't ask for.
Opt-in happens through a web form: customers provide their mobile number and check the SMS-updates consent box when they create their LAB90 account (or later in their portal settings). Message frequency varies with activity — typically 2–4 messages per work order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase, and mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing.
