What we collect

Your account details (name, email, phone number, billing), the footage and assets you upload, your briefs and review notes, and basic usage analytics for the site and portal. If you opt in to SMS updates, we also keep a record of your consent — when you opted in, and how.

How we use it

To provide the service: storing and editing your footage, delivering finished clips, billing, support, and — if you've opted in — sending you text and email updates about your work orders. Your footage is viewed by the editors working your jobs and is never used to train models, sold, or shared for advertising.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to SMS updates (see SMS updates & opt-in), we use your phone number solely to send transactional messages about your account and work orders — request confirmations, proposal and preview notices, and delivery alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors and aggregators we use to deliver the messages themselves.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account or email notifications.

Who we share with

Only the service providers needed to run LAB90 — payment processing, file storage and delivery, email and SMS delivery, and analytics — and only the data each one needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Footage and deliveries are retained per your plan (keep-on-file is a plan feature / add-on); you can request deletion of your material at any time. Account records and SMS consent records are kept as required for billing, compliance, and legal obligations.
